Once you've sent your invitation with RSVP, you can easily track and manage guest responses through your RSVP Management Page. Here's how:
Tracking Guest Responses
Your RSVP page records guest responses as Yes (attending, with the number of attendees), No (declining the invitation), or Maybe (undecided).
To check responses:
- Go to your RSVP Management Page
- View the guest list with updated responses.
- Monitor how many guests are attending in total.
- Filter responses by Yes, No, or Maybe to quickly view guests based on their RSVP status.
Message Guests
You can communicate with your guests directly from the Management Page in three ways:
- Send a message to all guests – Click Message Guests to send a general update to everyone.
- Send a message based on RSVP status – Use the filter to select guests based on their RSVP response (Yes, No, Maybe), then click Message Guests to send a targeted message.
- Send a private message to an individual guest – Click the three-dots next to the guest’s name, select the message icon to send a direct message.
Downloading the Guest List
You can download a CSV file containing guest details, including name, email, status and total guests.
To download: Go to the Management Page, click the three-dot menu, and select Download.
