If your prints arrive damaged, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damage. They will assist you in getting replacement prints sent to you.
The following steps can be taken if your order delivery date has passed and you still have not received your package:
- Make sure the shipping details on your Order Confirmation email are correct.
- Click 'View your order' in the order confirmation email, then click on the linkable tracking number to check the status of the package.
- Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is common.
- Alternatively, check your doorman, your garage, or a side door (if applicable).
