How can I place a print order for my invitations?
To place a print order choose an invitation design and customize it. When you are done click ‘Next’ and choose ‘order prints’. Choose the needed quantity and click ‘Checkout ’add your shipping address, choose shipping method and payment method.
All done! Your package will arrive according to the shipping method you chose.
What types of paper are available for printing invitations?
All orders are printed on 300 gsm (grams per square meter) / 110lb uncoated paper.
The paper offers a premium feel and smooth texture, making it perfect for creating elegant and vibrant prints for your special event.
What size invitations are available?
The size of printed cards will vary depending on the country you are shipping to.
- United States & Canada : 5*7 inches
- Europe, Australia & rest of the world: A6 / 10.5*14.8 cm
- Square: 5.25*5.25 inches / 14.1*14.1 cm
Are envelopes included? What types & sizes are available?
White complementary envelopes are supplied with every order. Envelopes sizes match the printed invitations and vary depending on the country you are shipping to (see invitation size)
What is the minimum and maximum quantity of prints that can be ordered?
The minimum quantity of prints is 10 units. The maximum quantity of prints available is 400 units.

Can I request a sample before ordering?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a free sample at this time, but you can order a minimum of 10 invitations.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Currently, USD is the only currency accepted for payments.

Can I change my order after it was placed?
It is possible to make changes only if your order hasn't gone to production yet (usually up to 1 business day). Get in touch with our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you have any questions or requests regarding your order.

Cancellation is possible if your order hasn't gone to print yet. For information about your order status, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible
How can I track my order?
Click 'View your order' in the order confirmation email, then click on the tracking number to check the status of the package.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
