We will also notify you if the product needs to be returned or exchanged and will provide instructions on how to complete. Customized products and digital only sales that cannot be returned or exchanged may still be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your complaint, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@greetingsisland.com.
Damaged package
If your prints arrive damaged, please contact our support team at support@greetingsisland.com as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damage. They will assist you in getting replacement prints sent to you.
Late Package
The following steps can be taken if your order delivery date has passed and you still have not received your package:
- Make sure the shipping details on your Order Confirmation email are correct.
- Click 'View your order' in the order confirmation email, then click on the linkable tracking number to check the status of the package.
- Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is common.
- Alternatively, check your doorman, your garage, or a side door (if applicable).

Missing Package
If your package does not arrive, please contact our support team at support@greetingsisland.com they will investigate and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
