Please note: Inviting guests using our email system is limited to 200 guests per invitation. In order to add more guests, use the 'Share event Link' as described below.
Send your invitations by email from our site, and your invites will go directly to the inboxes of your guests. Simply type all the email addresses (separated by commas) and guest names.
Speed up the process even more by taking advantage of our ‘Import Contacts’ option located on the Invitation Sharing screen. Currently Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook email providers are supported for importing contacts, or upload your contacts via a .csv excel spreadsheet. (Download our blank template here)
Share Event Link
To share your event using any messaging platform or social network such as SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc., click the ‘Copy Link’ option located on the Event Management page or the Invitation Sharing page. Once the link is generated, it’s automatically added to the clipboard and is ready to be shared on your desired platform.
Please note that when you use the ‘Share an Event’ feature, guests will be displayed in the Event Guest List only after they have RSVP’d.
Inviting More Guests
You can invite additional guests after the invitation is sent. Access the Event Management page, then click the Share icon or ‘Add Guests’ link.
