Change event details or design
You can change the design and the event details (time, location, etc.) even after the invitation was sent. To make changes, locate your event in the ‘My Events’ page on your profile, then click the 3-dot icon and select ‘Edit Design’ or ‘Edit Details’. Remember that in most cases event details are mentioned on both the invitation design and the event details, so it is recommended to edit both.
After changes are made, you’ll be offered the opportunity to send an update to your guests via email.
Track and Manage RSVPs
Guest management and tracking are available in the Event Management page (accessed from ‘My Events’ page).
Under that section you can track RSVPs and proceed with manual actions like change names and email, RSVP status & number of guests.
Message and Update Guests
Message all guests, individual guests, or guests filtered by RSVP status (for example, all the guests that didn’t RSVP yet) on the Event Management page.
Event Cancelation
If you need to cancel your event, browse the ‘My Events’ page under your profile. Click the 3-dot icon and choose ‘Cancel Event.’ After the event is canceled, you’ll be offered the option of sending an update to your guests.
